I am now offering an on-line service giving advice leading to a personal eating programme.
This is for people who want to make changes in their eating habits that leads to stabilising a healthy weight that they can maintain.
By filling out two week’s food diaries, I will be able to identify problem areas, enabling you to make sustainable changes for yourself. I can send you a sample diary by email, which can be printed off or used as a template to create your own. You can email or post your diaries back to me and upon payment, I will send you a summarised account of what changes you need to make.
This is offered as a one-off consultation at £40.
If you require further intervention, follow-up fees can be discussed.
