You will be blown away by the tranquillity of the Pengelly Retreat. There will be the opportunity to work outside, if weather allows. As Autumn is a major time for shedding and renewing, this is the perfect time for resetting yourself.
The retreat is based in 5 acres of beautiful land and gardens with a boat house and glamorous yurt, as well as 2 rooms and an annex within the Mill House.
Pengelly Retreat can accommodate 5 pairs of people, whether you are a couple or just friends.
Your experience will consist of yoga classes, a yoga workshop, some delicious food and time for you to immerse yourself in nature and explore this lovely area of Cornwall.

I have been practicing yoga for the last decade and teach local classes every week.
My training has been with world renowned Anusara, Ivenyar and Asthanga teachers and I have had 500+ hours.
In my normal day-to-day work, I teach yoga and pilates sessions. These are both in person and online. Either at a local village hall or in my own purpose-built yoga studio at home.
I came to yoga in my 50’s after discovering pilates in my 40’s. I have spent my life teaching in the exercise world which has moulded me into the teacher that I am now.
The yoga I teach is always tailored to the group and the people in it. I take into account your individual level of yoga, whether you have any injuries and am able to adjust sessions and poses to ensure you get the absolute most out of your practice.
Yoga is a real investment in yourself. There will always be something to challenge you, but most of all, there is so much you can do that will enhance your overall well-being as well as your fitness.

I highly recommend Kim’s yoga classes. I attended these when on holiday in Cornwall. I particularly liked the early morning class (8.00 am) as it really set me up for the day. I took up yoga during lockdown, online. Attending Kim’s class really gave me the opportunity to correct bad habits. Kim was so welcoming, supportive and gently guided me to correct my poses. Her existing students were really welcoming. I felt I made progress, but also left with a feeling of inner peace. I highly recommend Kim’s classes.

A Deposit of £250 is required to confirm your booking.
Deposits for all bookings are refundable up-to 12 Weeks prior to the Retreat start date.
Deposits will become non-refundable after the 12 week period.
Full Payment is required 6 weeks prior to the Retreat start date. If the full balance is not paid at this time we reserve the right to resell your place. Your deposit will not be refunded.
If in the unfortunate circumstance we need to cancel the retreat we will refund any payments in full.
